Steward/Dishwasher

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Steward/Dishwasher to ensure guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. You will support cooks, bussers, bartenders, and servers while maintaining a safe and tidy kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely.
• Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, dry, and free of debris and water.
• Restock supplies and handle deliveries promptly and safely.
• Remove trash and debris from the restaurant routinely.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with various tasks.

Required profile

• Prior experience preferred.
• Ability to safely handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and able to follow verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
