Server Assistant

About the role

The Server Assistant provides high‑quality customer service in a restaurant setting, ensuring guests receive timely, courteous, and accurate food and beverage service. This role supports daily restaurant operations and creates personalized guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process them in the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food, beverages, and wine, open bottled wine, and maintain product knowledge of menu items.
• Perform side work, set up and break down stations, bus and set tables, and assist with to‑go orders.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, calculate bills, and address guest complaints promptly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive restaurant role (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and credit‑card processing skills.
