Server – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Server will provide guests with high‑quality customer service, demonstrating excellent food and beverage knowledge. You will create personalized experiences, ensure timely and courteous service, and support overall restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, take orders and process them accurately in the POS system.
• Serve food, beverages and wine, open bottled wine, and prepare meal accompaniments.
• Maintain product knowledge of menu items, wine, and beverage offerings.
• Handle side work, set up and break down stations, bus and set tables, and assist with to‑go orders.
• Manage billing, credit‑card and cash handling, and address guest complaints promptly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive restaurant role (preferred).
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications where applicable.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and communicate professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and accurate bill calculation.
