Senior Regulatory Services Specialist – FATCA/CRS & Economic Substance

About the role

The Senior Regulatory Services Specialist supports clients and internal teams with offshore reporting obligations across FATCA, CRS, Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple regulatory projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments and clients to prepare W‑8 forms, Entity Self‑Certification forms and FATCA/CRS reports.
• Develop and implement AEOI procedures, maintain internal databases and ensure accurate engagement completion.
• Conduct first‑level reviews of client FATCA/CRS documentation and provide feedback.
• Prepare XML submissions in line with OECD standards for the DITC portal and monitor filing deadlines.
• Advise on Beneficial Ownership obligations, register maintenance and breach notices.
• Oversee Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act administration, including monthly filings and due‑diligence reviews.
• Manage Economic Substance classification, audits and notice handling, and prepare annual filings.
• Coordinate client onboarding and off‑boarding to meet BO, AEOI and ES regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of AEOI experience with solid knowledge of FATCA, CRS, BOTA and Economic Substance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high‑quality output.
