Supervisor, Investor Relations

About the role

The Supervisor, Investor Relations will lead a team of Investor Relations Specialists, ensuring high‑quality client service and accurate reporting within Citco’s Fund Administration business.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists.
• Review trade packs, statements, NAVs and ensure proper reconciliation of investor transactions.
• Approve cash receipts and payments and oversee custom client reporting, working with IT to automate solutions.
• Maintain investor and client correspondence, ensure compliance with controls and prepare management control reports.
• Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements and provide direct support to investors and clients.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, stay current on regulatory and compliance matters, and participate in projects as needed.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education with 2‑5 years of experience in financial services, preferably hedge‑fund administration or client service.
• Experience managing and training staff, with knowledge of KYC and AML compliance.
• Strong client relationship abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
