Managing Director, Trust Company

About the role

The Managing Director will lead the trust company’s operations in the Cayman Islands, overseeing the creation and administration of offshore trusts, foundations and companies for high‑net‑worth clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies, including networking, marketing and client service excellence.
• Manage and mentor a team of trust specialists, ensuring compliance with local regulations and high service standards.
• Maintain and expand relationships with family offices, professional advisors and international partners.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACA, ACCA, a law degree or STEP practitioner diploma.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within the offshore trust industry, including offshore operational experience.
• Current senior management role in an offshore trust company or a major department of a financial services or legal organisation.
• Residency and eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands.
