Corporate Finance Senior – Cayman Islands (Wall Street Clients)

About the role

Join a leading Big Four Corporate Finance team in the Cayman Islands as a Senior Associate, working directly with Wall Street‑based asset managers and funds. You will value private company stakes, portfolio companies and other hard‑to‑price holdings while enjoying a beachside lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Value complex investments and portfolio companies from model build‑up to final report delivery.
• Act as the valuation specialist on fund audits, reviewing and supporting values for illiquid holdings.
• Prepare financial‑reporting valuations, especially during the busy Q1 reporting period.
• Participate in M&A deals, performing financial analysis, due‑diligence and document preparation.
• Maintain client relationships, representing the firm at island events and business gatherings.

Required profile

• CA, CA(SA), ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in a Big Four, Top 10 or specialist advisory firm, including at least one year in valuations, financial modelling, transaction services or M&A.
• CFA progress is a plus.
• Confident client‑facing communication skills.
