Crypto Wallet Operations Specialist

About the role

DRW is seeking a Crypto Wallet Operations Specialist to support the day‑to‑day operations of its crypto‑asset trading business. The role works closely with internal teams, external counterparties and exchanges to ensure smooth transaction processing and treasury management, primarily during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cryptocurrency transactions across multiple exchanges.
• Manage treasury and inventory of crypto assets, monitoring pending settlements and reducing settlement risk.
• Liaise with back‑office teams to perform comprehensive reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the trading team and respond promptly to internal and external requests.
• Automate operational processes and analyse large data sets using Excel, VBA or other scripting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience transacting cryptocurrency and familiarity with centralized exchanges.
• Strong understanding of various blockchains and ability to read block explorers.
• Experience with DeFi protocols is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work a variable schedule overlapping North America hours.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Advanced Excel and VBA scripting.
