Collections Officer – Credit & Loan Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Collections Officer to join our lending operations team. The role involves supporting the administration and management of customer loan accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned customer loan accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.
• Assist customers with loan enquiries, account information, payment arrangements and other lending‑related requests.
• Support loan administration tasks including documentation, account updates and related processing activities.
• Prepare account reports, operational updates and other required documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in lending, credit administration, banking or financial services.
• Understanding of loan products, account administration and financial services processes.
• Experience working with customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
