Senior Associate Corporate Finance

About the role

The Senior Associate will join the Advisory practice to support the Corporate Finance team on a variety of M&A and valuation engagements. You will work with clients such as asset managers, family offices and regional operating companies, delivering financial analysis, valuations and due‑diligence support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, build financial models and perform company valuations for M&A transactions.
• Prepare client deliverables including reports, marketing materials and transaction documentation.
• Support due‑diligence processes, market research and client liaison throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Assist in managing transaction processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services or valuations.
• Internationally recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACA or CA) – valuation or finance‑focused qualification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Salary range CI$63,735 – CI$73,080 with annual bonus opportunity.
