Fund Governance Manager

About the role

The Agency is recruiting for a Trustee & Fund Governance Manager to work across sophisticated international fund structures, engaging with senior stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee key fund governance activities, documentation and contractual arrangements throughout the fund lifecycle.
• Support new fund launches and coordinate documentation with legal counsel, investment managers and other stakeholders.
• Review fund agreements and governance matters from a trustee and fiduciary perspective, providing practical commercial input.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external advisers and global stakeholders while supporting ongoing governance improvements.

Required profile

• Strong Cayman Islands investment funds experience, ideally within governance, trustee, fiduciary, legal or related fund services.
• Solid knowledge of fund structures, governance frameworks and fund‑related legal and contractual documentation.
• Proven ability to analyse complex matters, exercise sound commercial judgment and work confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills; experience with unit trusts or institutional investment funds is advantageous.
