Service Advisor – Premium Audi & Mercedes-Benz

About the role

Join a well‑established automotive business in Grand Cayman as a Service Advisor, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop. You will use your expertise with premium brands such as Audi and Mercedes‑Benz to guide customers through service and repair processes while delivering a high‑standard experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service cycle.
• Assess vehicle needs, recommend appropriate maintenance, and provide clear estimates.
• Coordinate service and repair activities with technicians, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.
• Communicate progress updates, manage expectations, and handle any customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records and support efficient workflow between customers, technicians, and the service department.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of dealership or premium automotive service experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Audi and/or Mercedes‑Benz vehicles; brand certification strongly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and good computer literacy.

Required skills

• Audi certification (or equivalent).
• Mercedes‑Benz certification (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with dealership/service management systems.
