Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will be based on‑site in East End, Cayman Islands and will drive resort sales while leading marketing initiatives that support the company’s revenue goals. This hands‑on position works closely with the Revenue Management team to align sales and marketing activities with demand, pricing and inventory strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to increase bookings and vacation ownership sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design, refine and implement sales strategies that meet revenue targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and sales results, and provide market insights to support revenue decisions.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
• Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities and conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales management and business development experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong marketing and brand management background, including campaign planning and performance tracking.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or vacation ownership environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in East End and flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends or special events.
