Senior Tax Associate

About the role

You will join a growing US Corporate Tax team in the Cayman Islands, delivering compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of international clients. The role involves preparing and reviewing US corporate tax returns, assisting with tax provisions, and ensuring all work meets US tax regulations and firm standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review US corporate tax returns for a range of clients.
• Assist with the calculation and documentation of tax provisions.
• Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and internal firm standards.
• Collaborate with managers and senior leadership on complex engagements.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Fully or part qualified (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of experience in US Corporate Tax.
• Strong knowledge of US tax compliance and regulations.
• Experience with corporate tax returns and provisions is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational abilities.
• Available to start in November.
