Account Executive, Assistant Vice President

About the role

The Account Executive, Assistant Vice President will develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with a portfolio of captive insurance clients, ensuring high‑quality service and growth of key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, addressing complex needs and improving client experience.
• Perform technical review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Supervise clients' financial audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure client compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in client meetings, including Board presentations.
• Collaborate with Marsh colleagues on licence applications, strategic reviews and prospect development.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years experience with an insurance manager and strong communication skills for Board presentations.
• Ability to work outside regular office hours and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and supervising audits.
• Understanding of Cayman Islands insurance regulations (preferred).
