Account Executive, Assistant Vice President

About the role

The Account Executive, Assistant Vice President will develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with a portfolio of captive insurance clients, overseeing day‑to‑day service and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, addressing complex needs and improving client experience.
• Perform technical reviews of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Supervise clients' financial audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in client meetings, including Board presentations, and coordinate licence applications.
• Collaborate with Marsh colleagues on strategic reviews and prospect development.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with an insurance manager.
• Strong communication skills, able to present to Boards in Cayman and elsewhere.
• Willingness to work outside regular office hours and travel as needed.
