Senior Fund Accountant

About the role

Harmonic is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its Cayman office. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end fund administration of complex investment vehicles, ensuring accurate NAV calculation, financial reporting, and client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Review offering memoranda and ensure fund operations align with documented terms.
• Coordinate with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians to process transactions and prepare NAV.
• Calculate periodic NAV, perform cash and asset/liability reconciliations, and obtain third‑party pricing (e.g., Bloomberg).
• Prepare and distribute estimated and final NAV statements to clients.
• Manage client relationships, respond to investor inquiries, and support audit processes.
• Participate in special projects, system development initiatives, and new‑business integrations.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and handle capital event allocations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of fund administration, NAV calculation and financial reporting.
• Experience liaising with auditors, custodians and investment managers.
• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and manage multiple client obligations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg for pricing data.
