About the role

The RBC Dominion Securities branch in Grand Cayman seeks an Investment Advisor to build and manage a portfolio of international clients, delivering proactive investment and wealth‑management advice.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a detailed business plan to develop a successful investment practice.
• Provide clients with proactive investment advice aligned with their wealth‑management objectives.
• Leverage personal networks of individuals, families, and business owners to grow and manage client wealth.
• Build trusted, multi‑generational relationships with business owners, families, charities, and foundations.

Required profile

• University‑level education and a recognized professional investment qualification (e.g., CSC, CIM, CFA).
• Proven experience independently managing client investment portfolios.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of business development.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Results‑focused mindset.
