Insolvency Manager

About the role

The Insolvency Manager will lead and oversee client assignments, ensuring all statutory and legal requirements are met while delivering high‑quality restructuring solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, attorneys and service providers to drive efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all statutory and legal requirements on client assignments.
• Allocate and monitor staff workloads to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain efficient progression of assignments within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with appointed attorneys and other service providers.
• Control work‑in‑progress (WIP) and provide regular client progress reports to the Managing Director.
• Organise and attend marketing events to promote the practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Professional insolvency qualification (optional but preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring.
