Health & Wellness Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Health & Wellness Representative to join our busy retail team in Grand Cayman. You will guide customers toward the right supplements and health foods while ensuring the store remains well‑stocked, organized, and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and advise shoppers on suitable products.
• Learn product ingredients, benefits, and contraindications.
• Stay current on health and wellness trends through regular research.
• Answer customer inquiries in‑store, by phone, and via messaging platforms.
• Process sales, online orders, and customer requests accurately.
• Assist with inventory counts, deliveries, stock rotation, and product level monitoring.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep shelves presentable.
• Handle daily store procedures, including cash handling and end‑of‑day tasks.
• Keep the store clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with retail, café, and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• At least 1 year experience with inventory and deliveries.
• Good knowledge of supplements, health foods, and general wellness.
• Ability to pass a basic supplement knowledge review.
• Relevant health, nutrition, or wellness qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Available for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle stock.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using tablets and WhatsApp for communication.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with online ordering platforms.
