Car Sales Executive – Temp-to-Perm (Cayman Islands)

About the role

Our client, a leading automotive dealership in the Cayman Islands, is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive for a 6‑month temporary‑to‑permanent assignment. The role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for cars and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, engage and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, optional equipment, accessories, warranties and services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales and satisfaction targets.
• Prepare accurate sales orders and complete all required paperwork.
• Utilise the dealership CRM and sales‑control systems for follow‑up and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organised showroom and work area.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and conduct professional hand‑over, explaining features, operation, warranty and paperwork.
• Schedule the customer's first service appointment and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a customer‑facing environment.
• Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Sales‑driven, target‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• Confident, personable and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous follow‑up.
• Eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands (Caymanian status, Permanent Residency or RERC).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.

What we offer

• Pro‑rated annual salary of KYD 42,000.
• Completion bonus of KYD 3,000+ after the temporary period.
• Commission potential ranging from KYD 8,000 to KYD 15,000 per quarter upon permanent placement.
