AEOI Administrator (FATCA/CRS Reporting)

About the role

Walkers Professional Services is seeking a detail‑oriented AEOI Administrator to join its Reporting Services team. The role provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for client reporting obligations under FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). You will work closely with the AEOI team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of regulatory reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS reports for corporate and fiduciary clients.
• Maintain client data integrity within reporting systems and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support the AEOI team in monitoring changes to tax reporting regulations and updating internal procedures.
• Provide administrative support for client onboarding and ongoing reporting activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work proactively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in tax compliance, regulatory reporting, or related financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests while meeting strict deadlines.
