Accounts Assistant – Finance Support

About the role

Dart People Ltd. is looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide essential support to its finance team. You will handle day‑to‑day transactional accounting tasks and help keep financial operations accurate and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and intercompany billings.
• Support vendor management and respond to vendor inquiries professionally.
• Assist with utility account tracking and related reporting.
• Carry out administrative tasks to support the finance department.
• Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc finance initiatives.
• Maintain organised and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues as needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience in a related role.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High regard for confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Accounts payable processing.
• Accounts receivable processing.
• Financial reconciliations.
