Senior Relationship Manager – Domestic Premier Banking

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager is a client‑facing position responsible for managing and deepening relationships with a select portfolio of local high‑net‑worth personal and business clients within Cayman National Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage an existing book of high‑net‑worth corporate and personal clients, focusing on Premier Banking products, services, and risk management of the loan portfolio.
• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and professional contacts.
• Interview applicants, process preliminary loan documentation, discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and ensure compliance with bank policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or Finance.
• At least 5 years of banking experience in a Premier Banking or Wealth Management environment.
• CAM​S or ICA certification; Wealth Management designation preferred.

• Strong credit analysis capability and ability to apply bespoke financing solutions.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a commitment to service and problem resolution.

What we offer

• Annual salary between CI$95,184 and CI$137,724, depending on experience.
