Investor Anti-Money Laundering Senior Associate

About the role

The Investor Anti‑Money Laundering Senior Associate leads the Investor AML, FATCA and CRS team in Cayman, providing strategic oversight and client‑facing support for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing support during due‑diligence visits, sales pitches and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee AML/FATCA/CRS reviews, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
• Manage client relationships, board reporting, high‑risk case handling and MLRO servicing.
• Develop and implement procedures to meet internal controls and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments and departmental improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Business (minimum 2.2) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of finance/fund administration experience, preferably in investor services or transfer agency.
• Strong knowledge of AML, FATCA and CRS legislation in Cayman, Singapore, Ireland/UK, Luxembourg and the United States.
• Applicants must be Caymanians or married to a Caymanian.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• ACAMS certification or other AML qualification (preferred).
