Fund Accounting Manager

About the role

The Agency is recruiting a Fund Accounting Manager on behalf of a client to lead accounting and reporting across a diverse portfolio of investment structures. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, mentor a team, and drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of fund accounting records, NAV calculations, investor allocations and financial reporting.
• Manage investor‑related activities, payments and client deliverables while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients, investment managers, auditors and other stakeholders to maintain high‑quality financial information.
• Support client onboarding, team development, management reporting and implementation of operational controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with strong fund accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Degree in Accounting or related field and a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of investment structures, applicable accounting standards and complex private‑equity calculations.

Required skills
