Senior Manager – Insolvency & Restructuring

About the role

This newly created Senior Manager position sits within a growing Restructuring & Insolvency practice of an established professional services firm in the Cayman Islands. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, leading complex engagements and delivering high‑quality advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex restructuring and insolvency engagements from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Partners, senior stakeholders, legal and other professional advisers.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring commercial focus.
• Take ownership of engagement timelines, quality and profitability.
• Contribute to the practice’s growth and development.

Required profile

• Significant experience in insolvency and/or restructuring.
• Strong Cayman Islands experience (essential) or willingness to relocate.
• Proven client‑management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Confidence to work directly with Partners and own engagements.
• Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary US$115,000–$150,000 per year, dependent on experience.
