Project Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Project Systems Specialist to join our Project Operations team. The role focuses on supporting project management systems, ensuring data integrity, system performance and delivering reporting solutions that enable efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for project management systems and end‑users.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and respond promptly to queries.
• Maintain and improve system administration policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to ensure system reliability.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI or Crystal Reports.
• Assist in evaluating and enhancing information‑management processes across projects.
• Support quality‑assurance checks for data accuracy and system integrity.
• Travel to project sites as needed to perform system inspections and minor equipment handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in systems or technical support roles.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with SSRS reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
