Junior Installation Service Technician

About the role

PBS Cayman is seeking a Junior Installation Service Technician to deliver technical services, support and repairs for its business equipment portfolio across customer sites in the Cayman Islands. The role combines hands‑on installation and troubleshooting with client interaction to ensure equipment reliability and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, diagnose and repair a wide range of specialized business equipment at customer locations.
• Educate clients on equipment setup, usage and maintenance.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support as required.
• Manage service calls from initiation through completion, maintaining high‑quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, complete technical paperwork and control parts expenses.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in technical support or field service.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
