Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Join the Options Technical Support Team to provide on‑site assistance for our options trading technology infrastructure, working closely with client and internal technology teams in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client's primary technical contact, providing on‑site support for all Options technology systems.
• Monitor system health, perform regular maintenance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and manage incidents within defined SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with Options technology teams on system enhancements, upgrades, testing and validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of on‑site technical support experience in financial services.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, communication and client‑focus skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
