Information Technology Support Technician

About the role

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an IT Support Technician. This role provides first‑line support for the Infor M3 ERP system and related applications, ensuring users receive timely assistance and business operations continue with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for the Infor M3 ERP system and its related applications.
• Act as the first point of contact for ERP support requests.
• Troubleshoot issues using established procedures.
• Coordinate with technical specialists when necessary.
• Participate in projects that expand and improve the enterprise technology landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Availability for on‑call support rotation, including Saturdays when required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to high‑quality support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Infor M3 (training provided).
• IT help‑desk or technical support experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, or business application platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
