E‑Billing Supervisor – Cayman Islands

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking an experienced E‑Billing Supervisor to lead its Cayman Islands e‑billing team. Reporting to the Global Collections Manager, the role combines team leadership with process optimisation to ensure high‑quality billing services for the firm’s global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise the e‑billing team, managing workload distribution, training, development and delivering superior customer service.
• Analyse performance reviews, feedback and action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop team skills to meet SLA targets and yearly SMART objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior E‑Billing Specialists to ensure timely invoice uploads and adherence to client billing requirements.
• Identify and implement efficiencies to improve current e‑billing workflows.
• Serve as the escalation point for senior specialists, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution.
• Challenge internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships.

Required profile

• Indisputable high ethical standards and ability to work autonomously.
• Prior e‑billing knowledge and supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accounts department experience, including reconciliation.
• Proven ability to manage team performance using operational metrics.
• Experience in process documentation, review and development.
