About the role
The Assistant Manager – Ops Analyst will support the administration of Harmonic Loan Services records, manage financial data using Power BI and NetSuite, and perform international bank reconciliations. The role also involves system user set‑up, ad‑hoc project support, and coordination of internal finance processes within the Cayman office.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain records of expected incoming receipts and large tax payment batches.
- Prepare external wire payments, internal transfers, and ad‑hoc receipts with proper documentation.
- Monitor fax queue, categorize incoming documents, and route them to appropriate teams.
- Support internal deliverable tracking, data file management, and clerical project assistance.
- Collate quarterly billing, assist with invoicing, and prepare daily cash reconciliations in FM3.
- Update HFS Group bank balances on Power BI and email daily reports to the Chief Financial Controller.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for Cayman and Canada accounts.
- Enter vendor invoices into NetSuite, generate customer invoices, and prepare weekly payment summaries.
- Reconcile complex vendor engagements across multiple entities, jurisdictions, and currencies.
- Maintain Zoho CRM applications and participate in special projects.
Required profile
- High school graduate with finance, accounting, or bookkeeping qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration, data analysis, and finance; fund administration experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience completing local and international bank reconciliations.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows applications.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Power BI.
- Experience with Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with compliance screening tools such as Word Check/Compliance and Thomson Reuters.
- Basic understanding of FM3 or similar fund accounting software.
