Real Estate Solicitor – Cayman Islands (Offshore Firm)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading offshore firm in the Cayman Islands. The role provides exposure to a broad mix of high‑value real estate and transactional matters across commercial, residential, development, finance, leasing and tourism sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex cross‑border real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects and financing.
• Advise international investors, developers, lenders and corporate clients on significant real estate matters within the jurisdiction.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction (Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Wales, Channel Islands, South Africa).
• Minimum five years post‑qualification experience in a real‑estate team at a reputable firm.
