Litigation Counsel – Offshore Law Firm (Grand Cayman)

About the role

The Agency Legal Talent agency is assisting a reputable offshore law firm in search of an experienced lawyer to join the firm's Litigation practice as a Counsel in Grand Cayman. As the successful post‑holder, you will work on all aspects of litigation and insolvency processes, with opportunities for advocacy, handling large complex cross‑border commercial disputes, contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, and asset tracing and recovery actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation and insolvency processes, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Handle large, complex cross‑border commercial disputes and related issues.
• Oversee contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Conduct asset tracing and recovery actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years post‑qualification experience in a reputable dispute‑resolution practice.
• Strong academic background.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex, cross‑border disputes.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify key legal issues.
