Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer (Azure & M365)

About the role

A leading IT solutions provider in the Cayman Islands is seeking a Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to design, implement and support Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for a fast‑growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Deliver cloud projects such as migrations, Azure deployments and infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage escalated client queries and provide proactive support.
• Collaborate with sales to understand requirements, contribute to proposals and present technical solutions.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and help maintain high‑quality cloud services.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Proven track record delivering cloud projects and migrations in an MSP environment.
• Excellent communication skills, customer‑focused attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to develop AI knowledge and contribute to Microsoft AI initiatives.

• Salary up to KYD 72,000 per year, based on experience.
