Junior IT Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Business Analyst to join our IT team. The role supports discovery, analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements, helping deliver technology solutions that improve processes and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Gather, analyse, document and translate business and technical requirements.
• Assess processes, identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology implementations.
• Develop reporting requirements, dashboards and data‑driven insights.
• Configure, enhance and support applications, workflows, reports and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise systems and business processes.
• Participate in system testing, support UAT and track issue resolution.
• Lead smaller projects and assist on larger initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and document user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical and non‑technical information.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with willingness to learn.
