Sales Associate - Xerox Products

About the role

PBS Cayman is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell Xerox products for graphic communications, including MFPs, software such as PaperCut, solution integrations, IT services and related applications. This is a customer-facing role focused on meeting monthly sales targets while building good relationships with clients. It is a full-time position based in George Town, Grand Cayman.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Xerox MFPs, solutions and services to new and existing customers to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, and prepare solutions to show clients.
• Help customers choose products and solutions that meet their business needs, and find opportunities to offer extra products or services.
• Record and update sales activities (calls, meetings and presentations) in company systems.
• Stay informed about Xerox products, promotions and industry trends through training.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Sales and Marketing or Business preferred.
• 5 to 6 years of sales experience in graphic communications, MFP and office equipment, IT or technology.
• Familiarity with Xerox products or similar technology is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and ability to meet daily deadlines and commitments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• CRM software

What we offer

• Salary of KYD 37,200 to KYD 50,400 per year, paid monthly, plus health insurance, pension and vacation leave.
• A laptop and a cell phone with a credit limit.
• Regular business hours with some flexibility for customer meetings and travel; evening or weekend work and overtime may be needed.
