Paralegal – Legal Support

About the role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented Paralegal to provide high‑quality legal and practice support to the IPC team. This role offers the chance to work closely with partners and associates in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and summarise legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare execution packs, coordinate document signing, and maintain document management systems.
- Support file opening, client due diligence (CDD), and matter administration.
- Assist with billing, work‑in‑progress tracking, CRM updates, and business development activities.
- Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and provide general administrative support to the team.
Required profile
- High school diploma or degree (paralegal qualification advantageous but not essential).
- Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, and work independently.
- Willingness to learn Cayman Islands law.
