Marketing Manager

About the role

Mise en Place is seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across its hospitality portfolio in Grand Cayman. This hands‑on role balances strategic oversight with day‑to‑day execution, ensuring the brands connect with customers and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Own social media and content calendars on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create and supervise photography, video, copy and branded creative.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including paid ads, SEO and online campaigns.
• Oversee website content and performance across WordPress and Squarespace sites.
• Maintain consistent brand identities and monitor advertising performance.
• Control marketing budgets, track spend and analyse results.

Required profile

• Strong marketing experience with a multi‑brand portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset combined with commercial thinking.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while paying attention to detail.

Required skills

• Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and Meta advertising tools.
• Content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• SEO, Google Ads and digital performance reporting.
• Website platforms: WordPress and Squarespace.
