Marketing & Business Development Administrator

Key responsibilities

• Support client and market research, business development initiatives, international marketing trips and regional events.
• Assist with pitches, presentations, directory submissions, awards, client communications and maintain CRM data.
• Support newsletters, alerts and other targeted marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate the marketing calendar, vendor invoices, client gifts and event materials, providing hands‑on support for conferences and client events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency.
• Quick learner, self‑starter with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Organized and able to meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Competent in the MS Office suite.
• Good working knowledge of social media channels.
