Marketing Manager

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for its financial services business. The role can be based in Grand Cayman or Montreal and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports to deliver strategic marketing initiatives across business units.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
• Oversee creation and execution of digital, content, email, and event marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report on performance metrics.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources and ensure ROI.
• Produce marketing collateral, website content, internal newsletters and CSR communications.
• Support HR and Talent Acquisition with employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within financial services.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability and leadership skills.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills in English.
