Marketing Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa’s brand presence and appeal. This role combines creativity with data‑driven insight to position the resort as a premier luxury destination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitive landscape.
• Drive digital initiatives including social media, email and content marketing, using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Oversee public relations, managing relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create enablement materials aligned with sales objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships and other brand‑building activities.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of marketing management experience in a luxury resort environment.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing; master’s in Digital Marketing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Photography and videography experience.
• Hands‑on experience optimizing digital and social platforms.
• Ability to use analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance.
