In-House Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an In‑House Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and generate customer inquiries for our home‑service business in the Cayman Islands. You will shape our marketing strategy, create compelling content, and ensure every campaign feels local and personal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan and production calendar to build a quality sales pipeline.
• Identify market opportunities, new media channels, product ideas and partnership prospects.
• Create marketing assets such as demos, story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speeches.
• Manage agency partners as the marketing function scales.
• Allocate budget, track performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of traditional, digital and guerrilla distribution channels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and enthusiastically.
• Engaging personality that thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible and a positive attitude toward work and life.
