Sales & Marketing Associate

About the role

This full‑time position supports the Sales & Marketing function of a leading hospitality organisation in the Cayman Islands. It offers early‑career professionals hands‑on experience across sales, marketing, events and guest services within a busy commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including preparation of proposals, contracts and event documents.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, responding to enquiries and providing information on facilities, rates, packages and promotions.
• Assemble brochures, promotional materials and client information packages to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data in internal systems, supporting lead tracking, commissions and third‑party information.
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence and general administrative documentation while collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, administration, customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, customer‑focused approach.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and support the wider team.
