Human Resources Manager

About the role

The agency is seeking a strategic HR leader to shape and deliver initiatives that support organisational goals and people development. You will drive employee engagement, strengthen HR operations and contribute to business transformation across the Cayman Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programmes aligned with business objectives and Caymanian legislation.
• Provide trusted HR guidance to employees, managers and senior leadership while overseeing key people processes.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, training initiatives and organisational change projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience with strong expertise in employee relations and HR operations.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Caymanian employment, immigration, pension, health and labour requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities; change‑management experience is a plus.
