Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the organisation’s HR function, aligning workforce strategies, employment practices and people‑development initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, workforce plans and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands employment, immigration and pension regulations.
• Oversee compensation processes, salary reviews, benefits and payroll coordination.
• Lead and develop the HR team, collaborating with department managers to address workforce challenges.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Substantial HR experience including employee relations, recruitment and compliance.
• Previous experience managing an HR team or advising senior management.
• Knowledge of Cayman Islands employment and immigration legislation.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and workforce reporting tools.
• Understanding of Cayman Islands employment legislation.
• Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
