Assistant Director, Talent Consulting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Talent team in the Cayman Islands. This senior role partners with business leaders to drive people initiatives and support employees throughout the full talent lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees and business leaders, providing guidance on a broad range of human resources matters.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with Cayman employment legislation and company policies.
• Support performance management, compensation, payroll, and broader talent initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement and enhance HR programs and processes.
• Analyze workforce data, turnover trends, and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, internship, and early‑career development programs.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; SHRM or equivalent certification is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Cayman employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
