HR Manager

About the role

A well‑established and expanding group of companies is seeking an experienced HR Manager to strengthen internal processes and foster a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. This hands‑on role covers the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, contracts and general HR administration.
• Provide trusted advice to employees and leadership while ensuring compliance with Cayman Islands employment legislation and internal policies.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational change, employee engagement and broader people initiatives.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in a generalist HR role with strong knowledge of core HR functions.
• Sound understanding of the Cayman Islands Labour Act and related legislation, plus HR best practices.
• Proven experience advising managers and senior stakeholders on employee relations and performance matters.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach, confident working independently and building HR processes from the ground up.
