HR Manager – Talent & Employee Relations

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to provide end‑to‑end HR support across the organization. Based in the Cayman Islands, the role focuses on onboarding, talent development, employee engagement, and ensuring compliant HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of each department’s processes, policies, and growth areas to tailor HR support.
• Lead organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture, boost engagement, and improve retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling concerns, conflict resolution, coaching, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
• Maintain HR compliance, manage policy administration, and support payroll processes.
• Assist senior leadership with ad‑hoc projects, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a management‑level HR generalist role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to advise C‑suite leaders, provide constructive feedback, and challenge decisions when necessary.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and judgment skills with a high level of confidentiality.
